Zafirlukast, like other LTRAs, works by inhibiting the immune program. By its action on inflammatory cells from the lungs, zafirlukast reduces the production of inflammatory mediators which are implicated while in the pathogenesis of asthma. It could be calculated right in plasma, but there are m
